Refund Policy
To maintain the highest standards of food, safety, and hygiene, we have established the following refund policy:
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any non-sealed food items or beverages once they are purchased. This policy applies to all perishable goods including but not limited to salads, sandwiches, prepared foods, and drinks.
Sealed Products: Sealed products that are unopened and in their original condition can be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase, provided a valid receipt is presented. Products must be in their original packaging and unaltered.
Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any products purchased, please contact our staff immediately while you are at the premises. We will assess the situation and, if the complaint is justified, we will endeavor to provide a satisfactory solution which may include a replacement or a credit note.
Receipts: To facilitate a return or exchange of sealed items, please keep and present your receipt. Refunds or exchanges without a receipt will not be entertained.
Refusal of Return/Refund: Stage Star Deli reserves the right to refuse a return or refund on any products that do not meet the above conditions.
